busywork
runs itself
We find the repetitive work in your business, build the automation and keep it running. Your team gets back to selling and serving.
Where the hours go
None of this is anyone's fault. It is what happens when the work grows faster than the way it was set up to be done.
- The same details typed into two systems, every time.
- Enquiries that sit until someone has a free minute.
- Invoices entered by hand, one at a time.
- Reports pulled together the night before the meeting.
- Work that only happens if someone remembers.
What we build

How we work
Map your process
We follow the work as it actually happens, not as the manual says.
Build and connect
We build it and connect it to the systems you already use.
Test with your team
They run it on real work before it goes live.
Run and maintain
We watch it, and when something breaks or changes, we fix it.
It works with what you already use
If your team already works in it, we can usually connect to it. Where a system has no way in, we find the next best route rather than asking you to change how you work.
What it adds up to
A large automotive company in the UAE
[hours saved] hours a month handed back to the team. [turnaround] turnaround on new enquiries.
Better together
A call answered by your agent can book the appointment, update the CRM and start the follow-up on its own. The calls and the work behind them stop being two separate things.

Frequently asked questions
What's the process from here?
We start with a short call and a look at how the work actually happens today. Then we map it, build it, test it with your team, and run it.
What kinds of systems can you work with?
Most of what businesses here already run on. On the sales side, Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics and Bitrix24. On the accounts and ERP side, Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, Odoo, SAP Business One and Wafeq. Alongside those, WhatsApp, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, web forms and spreadsheets. Each of those has a documented way in. If yours is not on that list, we check it before we promise anything.
How long before something is live?
It depends on how many systems are involved and how messy the process is. We tell you after the process review, not before it.
Do we have to build or maintain anything?
No. We build it, we connect it and we look after it. Nobody on your team needs to learn a new tool to keep it running.
Does this mean cutting staff?
No. It takes the typing and the chasing off your team so they can spend their time on the work only a person can do.
What access do you need to our systems?
Only what the automation needs, and nothing beyond it. We set it up with your own IT or whoever administers each system, and you can switch it off at any point.
What happens when something breaks?
We watch it. When a system changes or a step fails, we fix it. That is part of the service, not an extra.
Is there a long-term contract?
You choose. Month to month if you want the flexibility, or a longer plan at a better rate.
